- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, healthcare administration or related clinical area.
- Three years clinic experience; two years of supervisory or management experience with five or more direct/indirect reports preferred.
- Knowledge of medical practice billing preferred.
- Ability to interpret and supervise business policies of practice.
- Special ability to communicate with physicians, staff, and general public, both verbally and in writing.
- Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
- Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials.
- Able to work in latex burdened environment.
- Able to speak clearly and distinctly with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
- Demonstrates adequate stamina to deal with stressful situations and to complete the necessary work schedule.
- Possess fine motor skills and hand/eye coordination to operate equipment.
